Emerge Schools Day, Saturday June 11th 12:30 – 2pm, Leigh Road Park, Eastleigh 2011 participating schools: Working with over 100 pupils in all, each school is creating a piece of Street Theatre to share on Saturday June 11th, from 12.30 - 2pm in the Leigh Road Park, Eastleigh Inspiration has come from Eastleigh’s Heritage and Multiculturalism, and the groups are exploring different eras focusing on 1920's Variety Theatre, Spitfires in the 40's, the Railways from the 1800's to present day, and the Victorian Era of the much loved Bandstand. All are welcome to come and watch and support these fantastic performances.
They will be shown within a great day of activities being hosted by The
Point – at their Jump Out day, so it will be a great day for all the family.
